Starting Pay = .50/cpm Raises = 1 /cpm every Jan. 1, and July 1, after 90 days of service – No Top Out
- Indy – Local
Starting Pay = $20.50/hour Raises = .50/hour every Jan. 1, and July 1, after 90 days of service – No Top Out

.75 and 1.50 for hourly drivers 1.5/cpm and 3/cpm for mileage drivers

- Live within service area.
- You should have two years of recent verifiable tractor-trailer experience with an irregular route carrier.
- No license suspensions in the last three years for a moving violation.
- No more than three moving violations in the last three years, with no more than two in the last 12 months.
- No more than one preventable accident in the last three years.
- Current CDL within your home state.
- Pass a pre employment DOT physical and drug screen.
